Keith Lacy grew up in Texas where he developed entirely too many indoor hobbies. He moved to Chicago and earned a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago while also developing an interest in craft beer. His position as Research and Development Lab Technician at Omega gives him the chance to combine his biology degree and love of beer. In his free time, Keith reads about both beer and non-beer topics like wizards (occasionally a “Wizzard”*) and enjoys traveling and visiting breweries with his wife.
