Matt De Miranda is a biochemist who came to the brewing industry via other prestigious lab and research environments. Since then, he has worked in brewery labs for several well-known breweries, including his current home at WeldWerks Brewing Co. in Greeley, CO (Matt’s hometown). He joined the WeldWerks team in 2022.
Juicy Bits has been described as the beer that launched a thousand hazies; WeldWerks, the house of haze. Thiolized yeast is now part of their juicy toolkit.
