Tori Fried is a brewer at Omega Yeast. Tori moved to Chicago from New York in 2013 to study art, while studying beer and food in her free time. Over the years she has perfected her sourdough bread, but maintains a deep love for all fermented foods and beverages. When she’s not experimenting in the kitchen, Tori’s favorite activities include weaving pie tops by hand and holding her cats — keep an eye out for pet cameos on Top Crop.
